Problems Receiving our Emails? Whitelist Us!

What is a Whitelist?

Online email providers use filtering software to try and keep Spam out of your inbox, but often times they block email that you want to receive. In most cases you’re not even notified, and neither are we, that the email didn't get through to you.

The major online email providers have tightened their anti-Spam policies, which is good for your security. At the same time, it puts more responsibility on you to tell them whose emails you want to receive. Marking a suspected Spam email sender as “Safe” or “Not Spam” is known as “whitelisting” (the opposite of blacklisting).

How do I Whitelist Andrologix™?

All email providers have different methods for “whitelisting” email addresses. Although we can’t know (or keep up with) all of the techniques used in the ever-changing battle against Spam, at this point, it seems like most providers are considering senders already in you email Contacts/Address Book to be “Safe Senders”; though this could change without notice.

Note: To protect yourself from malicious emails, always consult your online email provider or refer to your email’s Help/Support section before making any changes to your email settings.

For the convenience of our clients, we’ve collected the following whitelisting instructions from some popular email services. Since individual online email providers can, and will, change their procedures without notice; their accuracy cannot be guaranteed. If these methods are unsuccessful or if your email service is not listed, please consult your postmaster, online email provider, or refer to your email’s Help/Support section. If your email services are hosted in-house (ex. me@myCompany.com) please contact your company's Server Administrator and ask them to add andrologix.com to their list of trusted domains. -- Thank You.
